
EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
(For Maestro Media Services – DJ Elaya Events)

1. General Event Admission
By purchasing a ticket or registering for this event, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from event staff and organizers. Admission may be refused or revoked for any violation of these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, except if the event is canceled by the organizer.

Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the organizer in advance (subject to approval).

Entry is only guaranteed with a valid QR code or confirmation email.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
3. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Food served at the event may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, or gluten.

Attendees are responsible for reviewing ingredients and taking necessary precautions.

The organizers, venue, caterers, and DJ are not liable for allergic reactions or related medical issues.
4. Children & Minor Responsibility

All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times.

Event staff and organizers do not supervise or monitor minors.
5. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver
By attending, you accept that you are participating at your own risk. The organizers, venue, DJ, volunteers, and partners are not liable for:

Injuries

Accidents
-
Loss or theft of personal property

Property damage

Any physical or emotional harm
6. Event Conduct & Removal Policy
The organizers reserve the right to remove any guest without refund if they:

Engage in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

Harass or disturb other attendees
-
Damage property
-
Fail to follow staff instructions
Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or abuse.
7. Photography, Videography & Media Consent
By attending, you understand and agree that:

Photos and videos may be taken during the event.

You may appear in crowd shots, group footage, or highlight videos.

The organizer may use media for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed individually, notify staff at the entrance. (Crowd shots cannot be avoided.)
8. Music, Sound Levels & Safety Notice

Loud music will be played; ear protection is recommended for young children.

Lighting effects such as strobes, lasers, haze, or smoke may be used.

Individuals sensitive to loud sounds or light effects should take precautions.
9. Security, Bag Check & Prohibited Items
The organizers and venue may conduct bag or security checks. Prohibited items include:

Weapons

Illegal substances
-
Outside alcohol
-
Outside food (unless medically required)

Hazardous items
-
Large bags without inspection
10. Venue Liability
The venue operates under its own safety policies. Maestro Media Services is not responsible for:

Venue equipment failures

Parking incidents
-
Lost or stolen items inside the venue

Third-party vendor actions
11. Health & Safety Compliance
All attendees must comply with local health department rules, including any public health regulations in effect at the time of the event.
12. Email & SMS Consent
By registering, you consent to receive:

Ticket confirmations
-
Important announcements
-
Future event notifications
You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
13. Alcohol Restriction Policy (Important)
This event is strictly alcohol-free.

Alcohol consumption, possession, or distribution is NOT allowed anywhere inside the venue.

Anyone violating this rule will be removed from the event immediately, without refund.

This policy is enforced to maintain a safe, family-friendly environment and comply with venue regulations.

Organizers and venue staff reserve the right to take necessary actions to enforce this rule.
